How generous of you to offer a tried and true watch. I personally
have no use for a watch. The day I retired, some 11 or 12 years
ago, I removed my watch and have not worn one since. I don't make
dates and I don't take pills, so I figured I didn't need one.
There are still plenty of people who tell me where to go, and what
time the bus leaves.

-Rex HUNT ('53wb) ~ from lovely downtown Hanford, CA The weather
is so messed up that the fruit trees are budding... if we
should get a sudden freeze in late January/early February
you could be paying a lot more for stone fruits. Maybe I
don't need a watch but the weather needs a Calendar

Re: Picture of Pat MURRAY ('60) and me
 http://AlumniSandstorm.com/htm2012/Xtra/Ver/120114-0316.jpg

Thanks for the picture... I don't have it in my collection,
but you have me stumped. I printed it out and hung it above my
computer screen. I have been looking at it for 2 days. I cannot
pick up the curved sidewalk at the location. I am thinking 1953-
'54 at 11-12 years old. I have pictures of me working on fireworks
at 13 and 14 and my face and hair are different. Looking at the
trees and street, I would say south end. Maybe Pat will see it
and know. I had an email from him a couple of years ago and tried
to start a dialog with him but no answer. I don't know if he reads
this net. I googled him but could not find him. I tried the CPA
title but only found a couple in the east. Neither were him.

Re: Snow on Carmichael Hill

To: John ADKINS ('62)

Oh how much fun would it be to go back just one afternoon and
spend a few hours On Carmichael Hill. What joy and happiness we
had.

To: Donna BOWERS Rice ('63)

A late happy birthday. My dear friend and old neighbor. I sure
hope you had a great day. You are the greatest.

Re: Bi-Coastal

We moved here to Chesapeake, VA, this last August. It is quite
beautiful. History everywhere you go. Military is in full force
and the patriotic atmosphere is awesome. However I miss the west
coast. So I will go home (Richland) in March. Will spend a month
with the kids and grandkids and of course hang-out with the girls.
Can hardly wait. Will also be spending my time finding a house to
buy. Will be bi-coastal. After having moved so many, many times it
is time to think of the days ahead and we sure want to finish up
in Richland. Can hardly wait to get there. Hope the snows gone.

Looking for: Jan WINGFIELD McCollum ('68wb)

Hello and a question

I'm trying to find the email address of an old friend, Jan
Wingfield McCollum. I know her brother Bill (haven't seen him for
decades), but I see he posts here occasionally. From what I see he
lives in Santa Fe; I didn't want to bother him by a call though...
I'd rather email if possible to ask him for Jan's current email
address. Is there any way you pass his email address on to me?

If Bill remembers, he'd know me by Peggy Chalk (once married to
his friend, Steve Chalk, who, by the way, is doing fine and still
living in Richland, WA, where we all left him back in the mid
'70s... still has a Harley too; and I bet Bill does also.

Thank you,
-Meg Davis (NAB)
