Re: Rainbow

Shirley, you need to send your rainbow picture to KNDURightNow.
He would love to see this and probably put it on the weather.

-Carol CONVERSE Maurer (Magic Class of '64) ~ Kennewick love
the weather we're having in the TC. I do have to wait
until it cools down to take my walks though. Today is
the first day of irrigating the grass on the new
      restriction.

Re: this and that

To: Marilyn "Em" DeVINE ('52)

I looked up Malley's online that lead me to their facebook page.
Right now the Malley's sign is down because they are remodeling
the storefront after someone drove through the front windows
last year. They are still open as near as I can tell from that
site.

I heard the old Lewis and Clark will come down shortly, after
school is out. The old Marcus Whitman will also come down when
they start building a new school on the same site. The kids
while construction is going on will be bused to the old Sacy and
the current Sacy students will remain in their fairly new school
so there will be 2 groups of kids in adjoining schools for the
next school year. The construction at Jason Lee is a new
alternative school (not part of Jason Lee) and will open in
August. I had read Densow's will still be open -- just not the
pharmacy part. I hadn't heard about Malley's as the head
pharmacist graduated with my niece in '95 and came home to start
her practice. She started elsewhere but when Malley's became
available she purchased it is my understanding.

On another note-I participated in the Relay for Life Friday 6pm
until Saturday at noon. I stayed awake all night, didn't walk
all night obviously but didn't sleep either. I was almost afraid
to get down on the ground in my sleeping bag, thought I may not
be able to get up and didn't need that. I raised just under
$1,300. and had a blast.
