Meawhile, I'm sorry things have gotten so tough these past few

>>From: Tom VERELLEN ('60)

I found myself searching here and there for some clove oil.
Finally found some at the food Co-op here in Olyville. I have a
pretty old goldfish in the pond that has developed some kind of
tumor like growth internally and needs to be euthanized. Clove
oil in water is the preferred method per the all wise interweb.
Just opening the little bottle and the whole place is a smelling
like a clove factory which activated some olfactory memories
from long long ago in a place far away. Lewis and Clark
elementary playground toothpicks soaked in a small vial of said
clove oil. Chew on the tooth pick and get the taste sensation of
a pack of clove flavored gum, eh. Do I have faint recollection
of spearmint toothpicks or is that my imagination run amuck?

{Clove bud oil is also good for a toothache. I've kept
some in my medicine cabinet for years. I think the last
I got was at Amazon. -Maren]

-Tom VERELLEN ('60) ~ from near Lacey, WA where spring is being
enhanced with nearby artillery and mortar barrages, both
day and night, rattling doors and windows and shaking out
      the pollen in the rafters.
