It was amazingly unique and special in so many ways. Many thanks to Gregor HANSON and a fantastic committee for putting on the reunion. Best regards, -Kent MADSEN ('65) *************************************************************** *************************************************************** >>From: David RIVERS ('65) Re: swooooooooooooooon Yes it is that time again... time for the ultimate Bomber-babe to celebrate another b-day... they sure do seem to come quickly these days... seems like just yesterday... Was great seeing her last weekend at the Spudnut Shop and the DI... I managed to oversleep Saturday so missed her for Spuddies on that day... I can't believe how well the black out drapes work at the DI... surprised I didn't just sleep right on thru the day... but I did manage to make it for all the portant stuff and did see her later in the day... HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Kathy HOFF ('64) on your special day, August 30, 2015!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -David RIVERS ('65) *************************************************************** *************************************************************** >>From: Tony HARRAH ('65) I'll just add my thanks to others' for the great job done by Gregor HANSON and the reunion committee for the class of '65. Rod BREWER's entry yesterday summed up my feelings as well – I expected to have fun, and I had way more than I ever expected. Rod was just one of the many folks with whom I didn't have enough time, and that's my only regret about the whole weekend. My head was on a swivel, and I felt like I was speed-dating, trying to catch up with so many people who I hadn't seen in so many years. Had a great time with that dynamic duo, Cathy MOUTON and Diane MURPHY, and was able to reconnect with many of my old Christ the King classmates as well, including Sharon KEIGHER, Kathy DICKEMAN, Kathy McINTOSH and Rob TURPING. Seeing Ray GOODNER and Steve HOSACK was also special, but it's hard to single out just a few from the many great encounters of the weekend. Hadn't spent a night in that location (Red Lion) since Chuck TRUJILLO worked at the old Desert Inn and used to sneak us in to the pool side cabanas, but thats another long story... -Tony HARRAH ('65) *************************************************************** *************************************************************** Bomber Memorial >>Bill YALE ~ Class of 1948 ~ 1930 - 2015 Bomber Memorials *************************************************************** *************************************************************** That's it for today.
